Since 2014, 1,500 new Scholars have participated in the Leadership Development Institute, a specially designed leadership program that focuses on helping new Scholars lead from the inside-out by understanding their strengths and how best to inspire others towards achieving a compelling vision.  

We are excited that with 2024 Scholars -- the 36th cohort -- we will have reached 1,650 amazing young leaders with this unique curriculum. And that is thanks to the alumni Scholars like you who dedicate their time and energy to supporting the Coke Scholars community.
