What to Wear at Scholars Weekend
Below you will find a rough schedule of events and photos from a recent Scholars Weekend to give you a sense of what to wear. Leave a little extra room in your suitcase, as you will likely return home with some new Coca-Cola Scholars swag!
WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Thursday, April 3
- Departure from hotel at 2pm for training, banquet: Business attire
Friday, April 4
- Leadership Development Institute (LDI), Tours, Social: Classy casual
Saturday, April 5
- LDI: Classy casual
- Service Project: Covered-up comfy, clothes you don't mind getting dirty or paint-y, close-toed shoes
- Closing celebration: Classy casual
Sunday, April 6
BANQUET: Business Attire
Suits, slacks, skirts, and dresses.
LDI & TOURS: Classy Casual
Jeans are fine! For the LDI, prepare to be occasionally sitting on the ground.
COMMUNITY SERVICE: Covered-up Comfy
Wear closed-toed shoes, and long pants and long sleeves are preferred. Bring one of your Coke shirts to wear! There is no storage on site for valuables, so please leave all items, like purses and bags, at the hotel. Only bring in what you need to and can fit in your pockets – ID, cell phone, etc.
SATURDAY NIGHT CELEBRATION: Classy Casual
“Classy casual” plus your dancing shoes!
