UNDERSTANDING AND MITIGATING IMPLICIT BIAS | Prepared for CCSF by Dr. Chelsea Scoffone
This video outlines what implicit bias is, how it may creep into our work as readers, and how we can mitigate those biases. (A previous year's reader said that keeping a sticky note on his laptop with the word "BIAS?" helped him ensure he was being thoughtful and fair to each applicant.)
