Sarah Williams, 2011 Scholar, 2013 SWALS

I credit my early career success to the exposure and opportunity of serving on the CCSF board. Learning and engaging with wiser Coca-Cola Scholars best prepared me for continued leadership in my workplace. It gave me additional skill sets, beyond what could be learned in a classroom, that continues to set me apart from others in my profession. In addition to the benefit that it had for me professionally, Sandy and I have become pen pals and connecting with him always puts a smile on my face! It was an honor to learn and serve as a board member, and I will forever be grateful to those who make this scholarship and this opportunity possible.

Jacqueline Roman, 2015 Scholar, 2017 SWALS

Being a SWALS gave me the opportunity to work with and learn from Scholars across all years! Not only did I grow as a person by getting to meet so many more amazing Scholars, but the award also allowed me to continue exploring my interests in human rights and social justice abroad in South Africa. Best of all, I was able to stay connected with my class and continue to nourish our friendships through developing more programs for us to connect through. I will always be so grateful for the opportunity!

Brennen Feder, 2017 Scholar, 2019 SWALS

Being a SWALS was a tremendous way to further my involvement in the Coke Scholars Network. It has opened doors professionally, created meaningful friendships, and deepened my relationship with the Coke Scholars Foundation. I have loved my time serving on the Alumni Board helping to advance the mission of the Coke Scholars family.

Lucas San Miguel, 2020 Scholar, 2022 SWALS

SWALS has been one of the most meaningful parts of my college experience. Not only do you get to connect with other Coke Scholars who are experts in their fields, but you also gain incredible experience working on a board, having a voice and a vote on issues affecting the Scholar community, planning and executing events, fundraising, and big gatherings like the Leadership/Service Summits. You also get to connect with Sandy Williams, a unique chance to learn from the life experience of a leader with a meaningful career. Don’t miss the chance to apply or nominate a fellow Coke Scholar, this incredible opportunity only comes once!
