What is the attire for the event?

The attire for the Scholars Banquet is Business. 

 

What is the State of the Business Meeting?

The State of the Business Meeting is a value-added benefit for banquet sponsors to hear from The Coca-Cola Company's senior leadership team. It begins at 5:15 p.m. at the same location, the Georgia International Convention Center.

 

Who can attend the State of the Business?

The State of the Business is a sponsorship benefit for selected guests from Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors only. 

 

I'm having trouble registering. What do I do?

Can I register the day of the event?

No. Every guest invited to the Scholars Banquet is assigned a table. Due to limited capacity and other logistics required to prepare for the banquet, all guests must pre-register. 

 

Is there a deadline to register for the banquet?

Sponsorship pledges will receive prompt invoices from us to ensure that we can honor our commitment to the benefits as stated by sponsorship level. We will accept sponsor pledges until March 1, 2023, and all guest's RSVPs and sponsor seating information until March 15.  

 

What if I need special accommodations?
